POLICIES

We love all of our clients at On The QT Salon & Spa, and we want to make sure everyone has a remarkable experience in our friendly Beauty Salon. As of November 5, 2022, we have set some new policies - please read over and if you have any questions for us in regards to them please do not hesitate to speak with us. We strongly believe in building a strong relationship with our clients who come to our salon and spa. Communication is key and we are here for your beauty needs. 

BOOKING: Please refer to our Online Booking system through Square to schedule in an appointment. Certain services will require a consultation to be scheduled first before the actual service appointment. If you are having issues booking or finding a time, please message us and we can be of assistance. 

LATE/GRACE PERIOD: All appointments have a grace period of 15 minutes before the appointment can no longer be taken and will require you to reschedule. Please contact us if you will be late for your appointment so we can plan your service accordingly or if we can go over the 15 minute grace period.

CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures that we are able to contact and accommodate clients who are currently on our waitlist. If you cancel your appointment after 24 hours, we will require you to reschedule the appointment along with a credit card number on file and for all future appointments. You will be exempted only the first time and any future cancellations after 24 hours will be charged a non-refundable 50% of the scheduled service that cannot be applied to your next service.

NO-SHOWS: A "No-Show" is failure to show at your scheduled appointment. We understand your time is precious, but our time is precious to us as well. If you fail to show to your scheduled appointment and wish to rebook for your missed appointment, we will require a credit card to hold and secure the missed appointment as well as for all your future appointments. Failure to show at your rescheduled appointment will result in a full non-refundable 100% charge of your services. You will also no longer be able to book for any future appointments.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Any product and service sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We go through a thorough consultation process when it comes to recommending products. 

COVID-19/ILLNESS PROTOCOLS: We kindly ask that if you are currently feeling ill to please contact us (even if it is after 24 hours) to reschedule your appointment. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our facility.
